I booked an appointment which I highly advise! I’m a last minute bride, due to get wed in less than a week. My appointment was with Lucy and she was very good. She listened to my past experiences, asked questions and applied what I needed and made suggestions. Just a wonderful experience in Charlotte Tilbury John Lewis Oxford. Lucy did a day look with skin care in myself and my friend - products feel fantastic, explanations and colour matching perfect. I'm not much of a fan of dawdling round shops for no reason. As a shop, it's excellent. The perfume counters give me headaches so the first impression was averse!

Amazing experience at their beauty counter. Really helpful member of staff, who helped me pick my correct skin colour for my foundation. Would definitely recommend. Lovely service and didn’t feel as if I was being forced into buying anything.

Amazing beauty counterI went into John Lewis to have a look around and I found the Charlotte tilbury beauty stand and I couldn’t resist the urge to buy some makeup ! I was having trouble on what specifically to buy because I genuinely wanted every thing . Because the brand is so good . And the women who worked there was so helpful on advice on which mascara I should buy I will definitely come back again . Amazing brand

First bought some products from here in December 2021. So helpful and friendly and loved the products. As my nearest branch is Birmingham I went there in February 2022 to purchase some more items. Service there was awful so when I needed some more Magic Cream (a miracle) we made a 2 hour trip to the Oxford branch and once again found the service impeccable. Will definitely return. Well worth the trip!! Thanks for all your help x
