Put in touch with TimberZone as Lawsons didn't have flooring in stock. Shima went out of his way to get this delivered quickly so we could continue on schedule to the extend he delivered it himself. Couldn't have asked for better service

I highly recommend Timberzone for flooring, we had a great experience. They definitely are not the cheapest but the quality is excellent. Nadya came to our house to quote and was super helpful with getting us what we wanted. The fitters, particularly Shab were incredible and went above and beyond when they discovered several issues along the way. The attention to detail from Shab was admirable and I really appreciated the care they took. Also when I noticed some damaged floorboards a few days after completion they came back immediately and replaced them. Brilliant customer service and excellent quality floor. Thank you guys!

Got my flooring done from this company the guys a flawless. I have done my fare share of researching dealing with companies and then being messed around but this company on Point they give you a quote agree a date get on time and make sure everything is clean. I have redone the floor of my entire flat. The service was great from the start to the end. Initially I was worried as my flat is very small and I live in it but I quickly got reassured by Nadya. She has been absolutely great, very straight forward and very helpful. After contacting few companies, TimberZone is the only company who made the effort to visit the place. Nadya put all the efforts to respond to my requests. Her team was absolutely great, very professional. The work is superb, the workers paid attention to details, which I love! We had the pleasure working with Nadya and Shima for our flooring. To be fair, they did a great job after we had changed our scope from 2 rooms to 3 rooms, finally we decided to replace all the floors for underfloor heating and had multiple changes in thickness of the wood. All the times, Nadya responded easily and accommodating. What I appreciated most about TimberZone was when I provided the feedback on how communication could be improved both of them heard us and acted on it. Overall, we are really pleased with the workmanship and how they manage the project from start to end. I will definitely come back to TimberZone again when we are extending the house!
