Arrived just 5 minutes late for MOT. Drove from Bath and stuck in traffic. Told they can't do it or schedule for later that day. Won't refund in branch have to go through customer services. No help whatsoever. Seems as though customer service is non existent to them. Rubbish service with a dreadful attitude from Tony Lake. I was happy to wait but they couldn't care less. I'm sure DVSA would rather the car was done and road worthy even if its minutes late. Joke!!!

Paul and the chap with him were extremely polite.I arrived late on Sunday and they were very busy, but still changed my tyre and adjusted the tracking as well.They also have me advise on another tyre.

The guys at Kwik Fit Station Hill were really good. Took a little longer than anticipated, but no issues with quality of work. 4* would be miserly, so 5* it is.

Your staff were very helpful from making an appointment the day before to fitting the tyre the next day. Prices were on a par with others but the staff’s attitude made the difference.

Kwik Fit staff at Chippenham, Station Hill were very polite and bent over backwards to squeeze fitting 4 new tyres to my car whilst I waited to avoid me having to travel back for a later appointment even though they were busy.The service was brilliant throughout.Have used Kwik Fit many times and will continue to do so.

Needed two new tyres these were ordered and fitted very promptly with great service from knowledgeable friendly staff. The facility's seem to be well maintained and kept clean. would highly recommend.

Fantastic place with outstanding customer service. We had an issue with our car whilst in the local area and after one call arrived 10 mins later to be seen right away. Although a very busy site, one of the staff Paul made time to squeeze us in and quickly solved the problem. Very grateful indeed and thoroughly recommend this Kwik Fit to anyone.

Although service was ok, a leaflet I picked up about the Michelin cross climate tyre offer was only after new tyres being fitted. No one said anything to warn me. This is perverse! I could have saved £30. Also, if a punctured tyre is said to be irreparable it should be kept available to look at by the customer - I would like to trust, but you never know…

Pre MOT brake and tyre check. Amazing service, kept fully informed. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Back for MOT next week and will definitely be back for any future work needed.
