I got my nails done here a week ago, but the next day they started chipping, so I phoned up the salon and they were super kind and understanding about it and let me get them re-done free of charge. So Sofia did my nails today and they are absolutely beautiful! Thank you so so much Stacy (the owner) and Sofia, will definitely be rebooking. :)

Had such a lovely experience here at the salon! Was here on vacation from California and needed a fill after a long holiday, I had a seamless experience booking in on the site and got an appointment quickly. My nails are looking amazing, lots of attention to detail and checking in throughout to make sure they were the right shape/color and length; and everyone at the salon was so professional and welcoming. Already booked in another treatment while I’m in town!

WARNING. AVOID !!!! I walked in on a Sat morning 11am in June 2023 and asked for a shellac removal and re-apply.  I had about an hour and was very clear I had a 12 o’clock appointment for makeup.  Time was tight and in the end despite assurances there was not time to re-apply.  That was ok.   I was happy to pay the £10 for the removal given that was the service I received.  But no.  The owner BULLIED me into paying £50 for both removal and reapply. I explained then and there that I would not have time to return that day for reapply.  I was over from Australia and under stress and time pressure.  The bullying included following me out into the street and roaring and shouting at me.   I was just trying to find a ATM that would take my AU card since as well as demanding £50 she demanded CASH only.   But surprise surprise when no ATMs worked she had no problem taking card and the full £50 despite my protests. Normally I’m not easily bullied but I had my own 50th in Glasgow at 2pm that day and just needed to get to my next appointment.The salon still owes me £40 so I requested a voucher. No go.WORD OF WARNING don’t walk in here. The owner really took advantage, extracted £50 and when I objected and asked to pay just for service delivered the bullying was insane. So embarrassing. Be very aware about these methods.   They really took the piss. Go somewhere else! Post update - owner response is a lie. Funny how I have the credit receipt to prove I paid on card. No one followed me you stood outside your salon hollering in the street. Funny too that you demanded cash wouldn’t accept my card first up. I was forced to leave without paying cos you wouldn’t accept my card wanted cash. I came back and paid on card. Bit of money laundering eh? You are a thief no more no less. Check on Yelp reviews ladies - full of 1 star reviews including owner shouting, shoddy work etc. do yourself a favour find somewhere else.

Great experience today, last minute booking and first time in the salon. Both girls really chatty and welcoming, great service got exactly what i asked for! Girls were a good laugh too so that always helps :) will be back for future appointments! Thanks

If I could give this place 0* I would. I would give it 1 for the service I got from the girl who did my toenails but unfortunately she lied to the owner saying I’d been aggressive during her treatment when all I was was communicative about the last person in a different salon making my toenails really thin, giving a request to go gentle as a result and asking if they offered the shaver, which they don’t. I’ve no idea how I was aggressive with her. When I asked her for more context she said “not aggressive, picky.” For explaining the state of my toenails and asking if they offered the shaver?? Extremely normal things to be discussing in a salon. I’m not sure how else I could have explained what had to be explained. That’s the vibe of the place - customers cannot speak up about anything without getting a gang of bullies shouting them down. It was shocking! I’ve never ever experienced anything like it in my entire life. I’m shaking now afterwards, flabbergasted at what just happened. First of all, I was text last minute asking to move my appointment which was a bit annoying for my schedule but I made it work. I had three text exchanges and no one reminded the fact that they only accept cash. Three opportunities missed to share this important detail. So when I arrived to pay, I was told this and it was very annoying because I didn’t have my bank card on me to get cash out, I was going to pay on Apple Pay/Revolut. I voiced that annoyance, explaining that I would now have to walk all the way back to my hotel, it was 2023 and it just wasn’t on that people aren’t accepting card or at the very least warning customers in multiple routes to expect this. Next thing I got a lecture from Stacy the owner about it “being on the website” and “not letting the government rule me”. I was totally shocked! I wasn’t looking for a political debate, I was expressing my upset as a customer - which is allowed. Also, she told on herself that it’s a choice that they know inconveniences customers. The reaction to my feedback says a lot more about them than it does about me. I had to walk 10 minutes back to my hotel to get my card, then the cash machine opposite was going to charge me for a withdrawal so I first asked if I could do a bank transfer and she said no. I again expressed my (justified) annoyance at all this inconvenience because Stacy doesn’t want to pay the bank charges or pay full tax, who knows. But it’s definitely a choice they are making that actively inconveniences customers. She then told me to hurry up and get to the bank machine and that she doesn’t want to speak to me again. She was scolding me like a school mistress. When I came back there was another customer sitting down who heard it only accepts cash and was visibly as annoyed!! I said to them “yup they only accept cash but don’t go to the cash machine opposite it charges you. It’s annoying isn’t it!” Well, a girl that wasn’t even officially working but I assume works for Stacy? - who by the way was sat openly vaping in the shop earlier before Stacy arrived - stood up and started lecturing me to stop talking. It was aggressive, intimidating, bullying behaviour. Stacy also accused me of being aggressive with the girl who did my toenails - not true. It was a horrendous experience. This company does not take feedback or any customer questioning the extremely inflexible, bullying attitude they have. They’ll no doubt accuse me - again - of being aggressive in any reply but let this be a warning, do not go here if you’re looking for good, appreciative, friendly, customer service. Instead be prepared for rudeness, inflexibility and aggression *from them*. Awful. I work in Customer Service myself and I wouldn’t dream of having the attitude they have with a customer. We go out of our way to make paying for our services as easy as possible for the customer. The whole thing was so upsetting. And I know they will not take any accountability for it.Edit: YIKES! Just seen another review that also calls out their bullying!! And of course the defensive response. They are total bullies.
