Absolutely first class service. So polite and friendly and such a professional and efficient service. I tried other places to get my ears sorted as I have constant problems with my ears. Everywhere else couldn't do anything for 2 weeks where as the Specialists fitted me in the next day with a home visit.100% would recommend them.

Booking an appointment is straightforward and easy, with same day appointments. Ear wax removal specialist Adam was kind, informative and the procedure was very straightforward, doesn’t hurt and done within minutes. I highly recommend as I’ll certainly be going back here if my ears are blocked again.

When I first rang the company I didnot get an answer. So I was about to ring the next clinic on my list and to my surprise Earwax Specialist rang me back. I spoke to a lovely young lady.I had an appt to suit me on January 31st for both ears. I was meet by Mr Khizar who was also pleasantly welcoming. I have never had microsuction before, but Mr Khizar explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Within 20mins I could hear again. It was a pain-free experience. Thank you so much.

On the day they were really friendly and professional and helped me to understand what was going on with my ears and how to fix it. Highly recommended.

The audiologist responded very quickly, visiting my 86-year-old mother less than 48 hours after I made contact. As she has dementia, clear communication with her is crucial and so we were relieved to have her hearing restored. The home visit was also invaluable, given that Mum is recently out of hospital and her mobility is poor - it was a good price for that, too. When I spoke to him about the appointment, he was very understanding about our need for a confirmed time slot, so that Mum and her carer could be ready for him, (rather than the 3-hour slot originally offered) and phoned on the day to let us know he was running 15 minutes late. which was very helpful. Mum's carer said the audiologist had 'a lovely manner' with Mum, which was so nice to hear. Highly recommended!

This company was recommended to me by my Boots audiologist (he couldn't do a hearing test due to wax in left ear). Got a home visit on Sunday afternoon. Procedure was quick, easy and painless, everything was explained fully. Would happily use again if necessary.
