What an absolute pleasure dealing with Hive Comminications. As a service provider and customer, professionilism and excellence in service delivery....second to none.

We used Hive Communications for IT Support. They helped us improve our email and data storage with a large cloud migration to Microsoft 365 including data backup to 3rd party systems. Subsequently, they assisted with a bespoke database build giving major improvements to our processing of greater workflow during our own significant growth period. They have also assisted in hardware purchase and setup of computers.I have been most impressed with the recommendations, expertise and knowledge of the whole team at Hive which have been phenomenal. They delivered exactly as promised and as developed over the feasibility stage. The team have been, and are, easily contacted when required, have made further developments in a timely and accurate manner and assisted with training of our staff.Hive have been a pleasure to deal with at every stage and we continue to have an ongoing relationship with them on our IT and systems.I would highly recommend them for any companies who take IT as seriously as we do, rely on it for their day to day business operations, and need IT Support of any kind.

The Hive team are true experts at what they do! I have used them for many years and they are always there for emergency technical support whenever we need it. They always speak to me in a language I understand and couldn’t recommend them enough.
