Identity Destruction
Second time I've used ID. Previously I went to their old Shopwhycke site. They are now located in Priors Leaze Lane. As before, I just turned up and made use of the Shred as you Wait service. The staff are very friendly and my files were destroyed while I looked on. A receipt and destruction certificate were emailed to me later in the day. The whole process is extremely quick and efficient. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Thank you to Identity Destruction for shredding 2 laptops, an Ipad and 6 mobile phones for me. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. A great way of making sure any confidential files were destroyed safely. I was invited to watch it happen in front of me which was interesting. It was more involved than I thought as all batteries had to be removed first to prevent a fire risk, safety first. I received a certificate via email promptly after the shredding. An easy 5 star review for Identity Destruction. Really easy to deal with, I just turned up with 4 big bags of old paperwork, no appointment needed and the team were really nice and saw to me straight away. It was my first time using Identitiy Destruction, but won't be my last. Everything was just easy, they even helped me get my old paperwork out of my car.

Excellent service. Very friendly. Perfect solution. I take mine to the site and they shred whilst I watch, then I get the certificate of destruction. Job done. Can’t fault them.

My first visit to Identity Destruction. Advise checking the website for directions first as it wasn't that easy to find, but once there, parking was easy. Staff helpful if carrying boxes from the car, and I even got my plastic boxes back to refill for next year.Reassuring secure, helpful service. So lucky to have this local

Easy to get to. Free parking close to the unit. Friendly helpful staff. Did not need to wait. Efficient process. Munched through over 20kg of confidential waste in a few seconds. Very impressed. I will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic place. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for shredding needs. Your documents are shredded in front of you, there and then so you don’t need to worry. Super friendly, the sweetest dogs, very welcoming manager and team! Another positive being easy to find (look for the grain store sign then drive into the establishment). Lastly, superb value for money!
