Based on a recommendation from a friend, we recently had Bruce and his team from Setform Projects installing steel beams to shore up the roof and top floor of our 150 year old property in Buckhurst Hill. The guys were brilliant - hard workers, clean and tidy, and carried out the work with minimal disruption. The work was carried out quicker than anticipated, and signed off by Building Regs straight away. We were so impressed we're now talking to Setform about further works at our property. Highly recommended.

We had some bungled building work done by another builder on our roof skylights to a loft extension. It is very difficult to get other builders to come out to fix other people’s mistakes but Bruce came round and helped us to sort the issues we had. He was caring of our situation. Bruce and Setform Projects have an eye for the detail, this company do not in any ways cut corners. They take care to look after their staff, pride in their workmanship and also listen to the client and what their needs and requirements are, which in our case were more specific than most, I might imagine. The whole team were polite, hard working, clean and careful - a total delight to work with. Trusted. Detailed. On Time and to plan. In fact this company went above and beyond on our job and even painted the internal parts to the job that weren’t spec’d to be done originally. Can’t thank them enough for sorting out somebody else’s terrible building work and giving us what we should have had the first time around. Quality team, quality leadership. I would use them again every time.

An excellent company to do business with. SFP designed and constructed a single storey, 2-room extension and converted 2 existing rooms into a large garden room that opens onto a newly enlarged patio. The attention to detail and willingness to create a solution that worked for us was first rate. There were no major snags in the project which was completed in the agreed timescale. The quality of after care service has also been very high. We would unreservedly recommend Bruce's company.

They are solid reliable builders, who do not cut corners, the managers know about buildings and employ a well-trained team, to ensure they understand what you the customer want & work out ways to do it. They did me an extension and loft conversion, and 15 years later, when I needed something small, they were there for me immediately, as a valued old customer.

SFP carried out major structural repairs to our flat. We decided to remodel the bathroom and hallway at the same time, following Bruce's advice, and the new layout and extra storage space is fantastic. The team was reliable, friendly and professional and the finished work of a high standard. It felt like a different flat! Follow up work was done efficiently, as promised. Recently I couldn't find a plumber and contacted Bruce about a small leak in the shower; Darren trudged through the rain to fix it. This is more than a year on from the original job, and shows the degree of commitment SFP have to their clients, and the quality of work that they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

SFP have just completed a renovation of our property following a flood. The project was managed extremely professionally by Bruce who kept us fully informed throughout. The team were polite and efficient. The project has been finished to a very high standard and we are very happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SFP. Thank you Bruce and SFP!

SFP have been super. They have been responsive to any problems that have arisen during our kitchen refurbishment. They are pleasant to deal with and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble. The workmen are tidy and efficient and don't swear. They are aware this was our home and not just a building site. Thank you for your respect. I would definitely recommend them.

Bruce, Darren and the team fitted a new kitchen, bathroom and carried out some repair work to my recently purchased house. I was really impressed with the skill and professionalism of everyone involved and with the quality of the work undertaken. Set Form Projects have been excellent, the workmanship has been to a really high standard throughout. Darren totally gets what you are looking for and makes helpful suggestions. He has been an excellent project manager. Danny and Martin have been hardworking always on site early and do a full days work, no corners cut, their work product and attitude has been spot on. My new kitchen and ensuite make the whole flat feel new. Can highly recommend and would 100% use Darren and the team again. Thanks very much for all the hard work :)
