A large equestrian bronze of Queen Victoria by Thomas Thornycroft, on St George's Plateau between St George's Hall and Liverpool Lime Street.The statue features the Queen riding side saddle and is one half of a pair with the Albert Prince Consort statue.

A really nice sculpture, you do not normally see a statue of Queen Victoria mounted on a horse and this is probably the first one I have ever seen. A really interesting site.
