We took our Gtech Airram in for repair as it was making a very loud noisewe called 2 other places before we found the vac shop that wouldn't even look at it. Very Affordable, Repaired within a few hours & they even cleaned it up Looks Great. We won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Amazing service! I was returned a vacuum that I barely recognised as my own. It was cleaned to a pristine standard after years of being extremely tatty to say the least. After not working for ages, it was perfect again, and looked like I’d just bought it from a showroom. Tim’s service of the machine literally saved us hundred of pounds. Very highly recommended!

My Dyson wasn't picking up despite my cleaning all the relevant parts. John repaired it, the gear(s) needed replacing. It took less than a day to sort out at a reasonable price. I honestly thought I'd have to buy a new vacuum. The repair is guaranteed for 12 months too. He's a really lovely bloke to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending John at 'The Vac Shop'.

Absolute disgrace this company please do not use them. They put a new battery on my dyson cordless then after 2 moths the switch went on it they replaced me the switched but we noticed that the battery was different to our amazement this then stopped working. I contacted them they said they were closed due to COVID 19 but they would come past my place of work to exchange the battery after 4 months plenty of phone calls saying they will be there tomorrow still nothing. After driving to the shop today the shop is empty and the phone is not connecting. People like these do not deserve a business.

The brush bar on my Dyson had stopped working. I took it in for a bit of advice and less than 24hrs later, it was fixed and working better then ever. Reasonably priced with a friendly, approachable owner. Would definitely recommend.

John has just repaired our Dyson hoover and what a fantastic job he as done at such a reasonable price. A very fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend the Vac Shop, very impressed.

Dyson went up in smoke so looked at new but was to expensive found the shop and read the reviews.Very friendly service and my Dyson was up and running after 1 day at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Left my hover in Longton Domestics on Monday, they didn't look at it, up to Saturday, then bring it to The Vac Shop. The Service is amazing, he call me back in couple hours to collect my hover. Cannot enjoy recommend this service. Thank you John!!!
