Services, repairs – anything **take your car here** – I have had the week from hell due to my car being damage by others – and VW Hub have made a stressful week so much better.This place lives and breaths customer service with their customers are clearly at the heart of what they do !!! David and Claire in services/repairs are the most lovely and human people – a true asset to the company (and the repairs team sorry didn’t get names)I will shout loudly and proudly regards this company and the team within – they just want to ensure all the work they do is the best and with minimal impact. As we live in world when not having a car is tricky – they worked around me and ensured I wasn’t without a car – I can not thank you enough.Honestly the best customer service and people – so helpful and understanding (when you are a little stressed by car issues – they were understanding and in today’s world that is priceless)Thank you VW Hub !! Amazing service and amazing people. I got a flat tyre on the M5, and managed to limp by car to V-Hub, and the staff were outstanding. They sourced me a new tyre, and took my wheel to be changed by them. I couldn't thank and recommend them enough.

Appreciate Bradley for the smooth dealing on my Golf Sv I do work on night shift and find this garage as trustworthy and was minimal calling which makes more help and explained everything including finance preferred collection and handed over all the things in an appreciated way.Sales team is fantastic from my personal experience.Once again appreciate Bradley for all the help .Will give 5 out of 5

So, a few changes in the servicing department at V Hub, but I have to say that all is good. Very, very good in fact.You get a new car (to me at least) and inevitably new problems. A suspension fault flagged up on the dash, booked the car in at V Hub and it was diagnosed and fixed immediately with no fuss. More importantly, they found and fixed a potential disaster on the braking system whilst looking over the car. So much for the inspection test that the dealer I'd purchased it from had supposedly done. So an extremely big thank you to Dave and the Technicians for not only solving the actual problem, but for being diligent and so obviously interested in their work that they took the time to run the rule" over the car and saved a problem from escalating into something a lot bigger.Time's precious and so I was pleased to that they bothered to gather together paperwork for the warranty part of the work and deal with the supplier of that service

You couldn't hope for a better informed and more personable staff. Although I had said at the outset that I was just looking" the proprietor took great care and gave his time without any pressure.Consequently I expect to buy one of his cars later this year!"

I took my car to vhub a few weeks ago for a new radiator and clutch. I then developed an oil leak which I assumed was related to the previous work. It turned out to be something totally different. However, the team fixed it and did not charge me a penny. Very kind, helpful staff. Great convenience of having courtesy cars as I am a District Nurse, so need the car for work. I (and my family) have been taking my cars here for years. I would 100% recommend.

Just bought my second car from here. Fantastic service, no pressure sales from start to finish, would definitely recommend V-Hub to anyone looking for a used car.The extended warranty on my previous vehicle covered the repair and labour costs the two times there was a slight fault and a courtesy car whilst they had mine for the day, so I would definitely recommend adding that to your purchase.

Brilliant customer service and reasonably priced! Took my car for a DSG service and there were a few other issues that my car had. The team were able to get the parts and fix in under 24 hours! Will definitely be my go to from now on!

We almost lost a wheel off our classic 1967 VW camper on the M5 so made an emergency stop at V-Hub, where the staff were an absolute delight, arranged for the hub adaptor plate to be re-drilled at a nearby engineering shop and has us back on our travels within a couple of hours. Thanks so much for getting us to our camping destination safely and for the wonderful gift of a mini campervan, which you can see on the dashboard in the attached photo
