I was made to feel reassured that my phone was in safe hands even when I was nervous sending such an expensive piece of equipment, which, like most people, contains everything from family photos to everything that I use to organise myself daily! It was returned promptly, and the phone honestly looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Brilliant value, I opted for a glass only repair of a Samsung s9 plus and the quality of the glass replacement is fantastic and very cheap. I performed the test they recommended to check the touch screen before sending it. (see pic). It had an impact point with a deep crack as well as hairline cracks from the impact point he all over the top half of the screen. Return was very quick once the glass was replaced. A bit of a wait to get it booked in, but they were busy after the Xmas break. Worth the wait - awesome

Fast turn around, I had a front glass only repair on a galaxy s10.far cheaper than replacing the screen. The phone was booked in at a certain time and back within the week, the only thing letting it down was my phone came back with an annoying air bubble in the corner, which I was told after that this may happen.5 MONTHS ON, I noticed that the glass is coming away from the amold.

Thought at first the job was done on the screen repair despite waiting for a new supposedly original samsung screen and display replacement. After 6 months however ablack oval mark appeared under the screen with no damage to the outer glass. I sent a message asking how long it was guaranteed for , without reply. The repair was done jan 2022, mark appeared aug 2022, nessage sent sept 2022 and still no reply jan 2023. Dont trust these peolke woth your phone. Better off spending more and using samsung, then at least it is guaranteed.

I had a cracked screen for several months and had been living with it. Finally I decided to get it fixed and the Screen Medic were ideal as only the front glass was cracked, no damaged to the screen behind. Most places will replace the whole screen rather than just the glass at much greater expense. The Screen Medic were responsive, great value and I had my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone back looking like new within the terms of the service. The whole process was hassle free, I'd highly recommend them.

Once again, Screen Medic provided a very professional and high quality fix on a Samsung S8+ with a troublesome charging port and damaged rear glass. A S20 Ultra also had damaged rear glass and both were turned around in <24 hrs by J and his team.It is impossible to tell they have even been opened, the fit and finish of both devices made them appear as good as new. The quality of the tools they use and attention to detail are clearly superior to other businesses I have tried in the past.I really can't recommend them highly enough and if you want to breathe life in to devices, old and new, these guys are the best on the Wirral IMO.Thanks J.

The ScreenMedics are brilliant. The phone was sent back in perfect condition 2 days after I sent it to them to be repaired. I sent mine in its original Galaxy S8 box as agreed by them to be the best method of packaging. They sent it back in the same box and very well wrapped up in bubble wrap. My communication with them was very honest and straightforward: - Eileen (customer service) you are great! First time using the screen medic, really impressed with their service. I had a glass only repair on an S9+. Great communication via WhatsApp, easy to follow process for how to book a glass repair. The team were always available to answer any questions. Quick turnaround from sending the phone off to receiving it back.Top quality repair, can't fault their work at all. I used The Screen Medic because they were the cheapest repair service, but also one of the only companies that could offer glass only for the S9+. Very very good value for money in my opinion.

The screen of my son's Samsung was so broken, the phone was literally unusable. When we received the phone back a week from sending it, it felt like brand new. Can only recommend this service, fair price and great quality! Thank you.

I needed the glass replacing on my old Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus that I want to gift my dad for Christmas that had smashed in the corner of the screen. Honestly this company is amazing!!! I thought the price (£80) was too good to be true considering most other places wanted to replace my entire screen when only the glass needed replacing and they wanted to charge me £270! Which is more than the phone itself is worth now.Including postage times towards a busy time of year it took 9 days. The phone looks brand new again. My dad will be very happy, and so is my bank account! I also asked if they could return it in the original Samsung box I sent it in and they did. Thank you. Also very responsive via WhatsApp when I needed to ask a few questions prior.
