Great place for a walk and bike ride.Several places to park up along the route and easy access for wheelchairs on the path.Be careful in parts of the route when there is excessive rain as it can get flooded or be next to fast flowing water.You can take paths off the route to climb up the hills, to get amazing views of the valley. It can get very muddy so worth wearing walking boots/wellies. Some of the land is farming, so keep to routes and keep dogs on a lead.

Lovely walks. Lots to see. Suitable for bikes and prams. Just wish people would clean up after their dogs. Not enough poop bins.

Lovely walk only let down by dog owners not taking their dog poo bags home and a few cyclists who won't give way to foot walkers.
