Complaint sent twice with no response until i picked up the phone. Ofl procedures state 2 working days. They were likely hoping i would forget.£3000 spent on furniture with 50% deposit paid, this was a mistake, they seem to care less when they already have the money. Much of the order arrived damaged, 1 item exchanged. The other item was a £550 bed with damage on 3 out of 4 pieces. Not a small amount of damage either. Deep gouges into the wood. Ofl offered just £50 compensation or i spend a day taking it back down and putting it back up again as 'room of choice' is only really true if the delivery men can be bothered, minimal effort and honestly just downright heavy handed here despite delivery costing over £60. Was told in the showroom packaging would be taken away. This was a lie. I asked if the bed only had 1 instance of damage what would they offer in compensation, the answer was £50. This is an extremely poor canned response and shows that even management have little they can do look after customers post delivery when you are committed to the order. 2 bedside tables turned up looking like they had been in storage for years and full of grime, but luckily damage free. Its bad when you feel shocked that things are in the condition you would expect them to be in.

Sofa came missing a leg, they then re-ordered the part.... but the wrong replacement section came.Three days wasted sitting in for deliveries - would not recommend or use againI originally posted this review on trust pilot but the company had it taken down as a false review - do not order from here!!!

Impressive number of items on display. However, some items of the similar quality may be found cheaper elsewhere

Went to Middlebrook store on August Bank Holiday Monday... busy or what! Found the coffee table we wanted and let a very nice salesman sell us a sideboard too! BUT... it turned out he would promise anything to get a sale and 2 months later we were still waiting for our delivery... READ THE SMALL PRINT! Although I can't fault their cancellation policy.

Posting on behalf of my parents they ordered and paid for a single chair charged £70 delivery . Chair came wouldn’t take any of the packaging away with them so obviously annoyed at that . To add they hadn’t supplied enough bolts for the chair , given a number to ring but nobody answers . Rang the showroom given the same number where no body answers . Show room ain’t interested so seems like once they got your money they don’t give a dam . Just to show it’s not a fake review invoice 7423007

Great customer service. Good prices. Excellent delivery organisation. Would definitely recommend. Just bought a tall boy from there.

Posting for a neighbour, she couldn’t buy because she didn’t have an email address, what happened to choice ?

Stuart in the showroom was really helpful, and so was the flexible delivery, the delivery lads were too, the sofas wouldn't go through the door in the boxes, so they had to take them out of the boxes to get them in, but only noticed after a couple of days that one of the seating areas has a bad run in it, and as comfy as the sofas are, they already look 6 months old after just 2 weeks.

Enjoyed walking around this store. Gave me alot of ideas. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Genuine good service from Benjamin in the process of ordering our corner sofa. He knew all the suitable styles off by heart when we gave him the very tight measurements we had to abide by. Even ran to grab some display cushions in the colour we have in our living room to help us make a decision between two swatches. Lovely guy, very friendly, and the store was covid secure with all staff in good masks. Always a pleasure to buy from this store, we've been back a few times now. Can't wait for our new sofa to arrive! :)Update 6/7: our sofa has arrived and it’s fantastic. The delivery guys were also excellent. Thanks for a great service and product.
