Did a great job on my 2 daughters hair. Perhaps being able to pay by debit card would make it more convenient, but can't fault service.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE... TWICE!!!I went to have my hair coloured, I’d never been to this salon before so when I popped in for my colour patch test I asked about ombré hair and I was assured they colour hair in this style all the time. I even took a picture for reference!I booked in with a junior stylist as it was in my price range, stupidly I assumed a junior stylist would only be aloud to colour hair if she was capable of doing so and / or being watched over by a senior stylist to ensure it was coloured correctly... unfortunately I later found out this was not the case!Alarm bells started ringing when I asked for a bouncy blow dry and my hair ended up stuck and matted around a barrel brush! After freeing my hair from said brush the girl used straighteners to curl it... ok, no problem she’s a junior and I have long hair.My hair was curled with straighteners and looked nice... or so I thought... it wasn’t until I got home and washed my hair so it was straight again that I noticed really awful horizontal stripes in my hair where it had been clipped up during the colouring process! The colour was patchy and yellow and I was mortified. I rang the salon and complained politely to a manager. No problem here, they booked me back in and offered to correct it with no charge... great!I went back armed with the same picture to have my colour corrected. The salon owner and colour specialist were both there and they ran through with the same junior stylist how to correct my hair...all I can say is it’s no longer stripy however... it is still yellow, it still looks nothing like the picture (which they told me they could achieve no problem) and the colour is patchy at best! Saficed to say I didn’t complain a second time I was too embarrassed so I just never went back! As soon as possible I made an appointment at The Dollshouse in Fenny Stratford 20 mins from Leighton Buzzard and they have done absolute wonders correcting my hair I will never go anywhere else! Silver scissors gives hairdressing salons a bad name!
