The process was very smooth and was a far more pleasant experience than marketing the car for private sale and having to deal with time wasters and tyre kickers (which makes it easier parting with your pride and joy!). I was pleased with the offer and although the collection process took a little bit of time to sort Phil was all over it and kept me fully up to date with developments.
