Dayton arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease. He has great knowledge of our particular bio tank and identified the reason why it was not working properly. He was friendly and polite at all times. Great advice also given and we will book an annual service from now on. I definitely recommend using this company.

We have just had our Diamond Model (DMS2) serviced for the first time since installation. Two members of the Allerton team decommissioned my old Allerton 6PE pumped outlet sewage treatment plant this June in West Sussex. What came across was a determination by them to meet the highest professional standards whilst at the same time displaying every common courtesy combined with good humour. They worked tirelessly in temperatures approaching 27C and humidity for 1.5 days, and in addition speedily resolved problems regarding additional materials required. My cottage property was left as they found it, and all waste materials and refuse were removed by them.You would have to search hard to find better - a sincere thank you Tom, and Jason, and for his administrative support, Aaron. I wish the Allerton business well - it deserves it!

Excellent experience of having a Consept installed in our septic tank. It seems to be working well, although it is early days and the work was carried out professionally with the garden left tidy after the disturbance.
