Just spent the last 13 days mainly on Ward 24 . What can I say about my experience that does it justice other than if anybody truly wants to see the NHS at it's best just spend 24 hours on this ward . Right down from cleaners to consultants.Truly Professional.Caring and Truly Angels EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

If I could give 100 we would. Our son had Major, Major Surgery on his Lung. We had exhausting worrying times, but all Surgeon's, Dr's, Consultant's and Nurses including Meantime Staff were so kind and thoughtful. Absolutely fantastic in many ways. Thanks to them we still have our Son...THANK YOU to all

Staff all very friendly and keen to help. The ambience is good from a rose garden in the centre to views of green trees and lawns from many ward windows. Parking is easy to get into but can be difficult to get out when visitors don't understand how it works and hold up others. 2 exits would alleviate this.

This week I had to unexpectedly visit the Glenfield Hospital and ended up in the Emergency Outpatient ward having to undergo a blood test, an ECG scan and an x-ray. The ward was immaculate and from the second I walked into the unit to the moment I left, my experience was incredible and I’m still stunned by the utterly exceptional level of care, warmth, friendliness and efficiency that every member of staff showed. If there was on option to rate with 10 stars I would! Thank you so much for everything. You're all fantastic!

Had appointment today for a scan at the radiology department in the ct pod by the entrance, absolutely first class ,the two lads who did the scan were so helpful, can't praise them enough.

I spent ten days there undergoing tests.The treatment all the time was 5 star.Actually even better than a spell in a Private Hospital. A big WELL done to all concerned.Thanks.

Hello. I'm Michael. I recently spent 4 nights in the hospital with 3 fractured ribs & a collapse lung. And every nurse, doctor, health care assistants, the catering staff, and the ambulance staff where all amazing. If I was the prime minister!! They would Hall get the pay they deserve. Thank you all.

Very poor indeed. Systems have been put in place that lack compassion, reflection of any heads up common sense. Senior staff are self impressed.I hope you never have the misfortune to need care - you may get it from nurses, cleaners and junior doctors, but the staff most able to give it are likely to fail you and not even care that they have.

Wrong appointment sent, for Department I needed. Previous appointments hadn’t been forwarded to me, a text but no appointment sent. Fantastic staff Celia in Cardiac, soon organised a fellow colleague, Michelle, to carry on my care needs. Both were amazing. Thank You So Much .
