Jess is very professional and checks with you during the treatment to make sure you're fine and whether she is applying the right amount of pressure. She clearly knows her stuff and I would recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be making this a regular appointment.It was an absolute pleasure to meet the whole Sereniti team. The girls are absolutely lovely and easy going.

The salt room has helped clear scaring on my lungs from long COVID. And I get to do yoga at the same time. I am breathing normally now. Glad I was told about it.

So far we’ve had ozone sauna, oxygen therapy, salt room and Bowen technique all have given great results! The oxygen leaves you feeling more energised and helps pains the salt is very relaxing grounds you, Andy who does Bowen is super experienced and really good , there’s not many around that are experienced with this technique it’s very different but really good and worth trying if you have ME or fibro as I’ve tried it all but this is a winner! Will be back for sure just can’t decide on what to use as it’s all so good but I did notice they do pamper days it’s definetly a hidden gem and michelle knows so much about cleanses and herbs and nutrition very knowledgable for ailments

Infrared sauna was a complete new experience for me for my chronic muscle tension in my neck,shoulders and upper back. Overall this is the first treatment I have felt results from. It relaxed my muscles and reduced the pain in my shoulder and lasted over 24hrs up to 48hours which is the best result I have had in a long time. It may not be for everyone but it worked for meSalt Therapy - I tried this after purchasing a groupon. I suffer from hayfever and when I have a cold it always affects my sinuses. I also suffer from anxiety and low mood.Overall Salt Therapy helped clear my sinuses and helped me to completely relax.I love these new treatments xxx

This is a good assist to my breathing problems. I practise deep breathing exercises during the sessions thro nose and mouth and find it does help me a lot . As sessions progress my breathing gets easier. Staff very good. Recommended.This treatment is also very good for different skin conditions.
