This is a brilliant place for buying your office/school needs. The price are not to bad. Very big car park. It also has a disabled access.

Extremely rude staff on this occasion - dished all their frustration on me just because they had lost their jobs and gone into administration! Would not serve me or allow me to pay and told me to leave - all I had wanted was the same single stationary item they had sold me two weeks ago!

Bound my dissertation whilst I waited. Quick, good job and price, bought some cheap coffee whilst I was there!

I recently had study Furtniure supplied and build by Brendan at office outlet lady bay retail.Staff were amazing. Customer services recieved from Brendan was exceptional. I would definitely recommend and be using this store again in the future.

Very poor they told me that they had a label printer in stock to find out when I got down there they hadn't, still advertising under staples on search engines. Then tried selling me a more expensive one but would not reduce price after a waisted trip. But did offer an extra year's warranty for an extra tenner. What a joke

CHEAP BINDING! If you're a student looking to print your dissertation, this place is the ACTUAL BEES KNEES!! They have a range of binding types such as thermal and spiral bound and lots of paper thicknesse, but no hardback binding. As far as I know, this is the only shop in Nottingham (apart from Rymans) that will print and bind your dissertation on Saturdays and Sundays. Most print places are closed weekends so if you're a student in a hurry because you left your dissertation to the last minute *cough* like me *cough* they do it for you while you wait, mine took about 20 minutes for two (each was 35 pages on 120gsm card with thermal binding) and I was really happy with the result.It was also REALLY cheap. All together for both dissertations it cost £28 in full colour and you get 50% off + an extra 10% if you're a student!So, I went back to Cardiff where I'm at uni and actually decided to make more last minute changes to my dissertation so I had to get it reprinted and rebound. No word of a lie I had to pay **£70** to get it re-printed and bound in Cardiff SU Print Centre for exactly the same service.
