Fabulous service from start to finish. the iPhone app is a great idea and makes it easy to upload docs etc. I have been very impressed with the level of service and how easy the process was. I change my mortgage every two years and this company has been the best by a long way. Emma Scollick has been excellent throughout the process so a big thank you and well done.

Great service for both the sale of our house and purchase of our new house. Ross Fretwell and Kelly Pluff were not only knowledgeable and approachable but also very responsive to my many many questions and helped us navigate some tricky situations with our purchase easily.I can highly recommend the Fidler & Pepper app too. Although an added extra it made lengthy questionnaires a breeze and was really useful to refer back to and track progress.Cannot recommend Fidler & Pepper enough and will be looking to pull my will together with them too.

We used Fidler & Pepper for the soliciting of our recent property purchase. We found them to be good communicators when issues arose or we were under time pressure, as we were towards the end of the process and this was much appreciated.At times they weren't the easiest to get hold of but this was often when things weren't moving for reasons out of their control so I wouldn't judge them harshly for this.I would recommend using them for future property purchases.

I bought my first house and used Fidler & Pepper as my conveyancing solicitors. Despite what it says on the website that they help many first time buyers I felt like they were the most unhelpful people to deal with. I had lots of questions - as most first time buyers do. Most of my emails weren’t replied to in the first instance and when I called to chase it up I spoke to someone (not my solicitor as she never once returned my calls until I was ready to exchange) and was told that I should ask the sellers directly all of my questions. Not sure what I’m paying a solicitor for if they can’t make the enquiries on my behalf? The woman was quite rude as well so not a great service. My case was simple - I was first time buyer and the sellers weren’t in a chain but somehow my solicitors made it that most complicated sale ever. I didn’t have an agent and Natalie and Lyndsey were aware of this from the start yet every single email and phone call I had they referred to an agent. Right down to the day of completion they asked me to ring my agent to collect the keys. Honestly infuriating to have to keep repeating myself that I don’t have an agent. They spelt my name wrong on my mortgage deed and took multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned to make a simple amend, delaying the process. Attention to detail is critical for a solicitor so that was very concerning. And the cherry on top was when I specifically instructed them to only take my deposit from my LISA, they just went ahead and emptied the account. Completely incompetent, and made my first home buying experience more stressful and complicated than it ever needed to be. I will happily never use this company again and warn everyone else I know to avoid if they want the job done properly.

Having not heard of Fidler and Pepper before, I was a quite dubious, and from past experience with other legal companies when re-mortgaging, I had in my head 'here we go again, another unknown company, we're in for a rough time again'.However, I was VERY wrong - from the start, our contact Gabrielle Anthony was so polite, detailed, helpful and understanding. Any question I had she happily explained and always held her hand out for support. They used a very efficient app too for the paperwork exchange and keeping us updated on the progress of our case. I would 100% recommend Fidler and Pepper to anyone, 10/10 service and friendly staff whenever I called up. We completed last Friday, 1st December and will use them again when the time comes to re-mortgage in the future.

Lauren helped us with our remortgage. She kept us in the loop completely and was always prompt at getting back to us when we had any queries. Took any stress out of the remortgage process. Highly recommend.
