I had an issue with my home cinema system and called various companies who were vague and unhelpful. I called Unity and spoke with Hassan who was incredibly helpful, came round on the same day and fixed the issue, that no-one else could, within minutes. It's obvious he really cares about his clients and he is very passionate about secure, cleverly designed smart homes. I won't use anyone else going forward!
