Service was reasonable and food was freshly prepared.Basic cheeseburger made with the cheapest, most tasteless burgers available from the cash and carry (or whichever catering service they're supplied by).Fries were fine, nothing special and nothing bad about them either.

Food ok! missed garlic bread cheese off left at restaurant rang and said I hadn’t received it they said driver had it, then it was the driver left it then it was left there. They said they’d send it with there driver as Uber brought it got here and it was freezing cold!!

Very Disappointing here tonight. Took a friend to get some burgers but although there were 3 people standing behind the counter supposedly serving he had to ask them to take his order.2 double cheeseburgers but the only salad they had was lettuce or you could pay £1 extra for red onion.On getting home one of the meals had raw meat in the middle. Too far away to go back but we certainly won't be using this takeaway again.My friend had just worked a 12 and half hour shift and was really hungry.

Definitely new person making the pizzas the base is super thin and pizza was a soupy cheesy mess all over the place uncooked cheese and dough base..Unfortunately not HMC certified, otherwise not only me another 10 people i know would eat this regularly! Sometimes just have it in Bolton as that branch is HMC!

If you could award 0 stars then this is very fitting for this so called food establishment. Not one bit of hygiene between the staff, scratching there face and beard before starting food. I should of left at that point but my pregnant Mrs wanted a chicken burger so I waited.We got home and she was the first to have her food. Picture provided.I called them up as I live 15 mins from Chesters and told them that I wouldn't be eating the food and what was wrong with it and that I wanted a refund they said on the phone it was OK to come the day after. So I did I came and politely asked for my refund they said where is the food? I told them I had spoken to him on the phone and that they said come the nect day for a refund he said I can't give you a refund if you don't give me the food back..Now I won't cry over £29 however the service hygiene and food is all below standards. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I always enjoy a chesters.Especially the mini mega meal that is brilliant value.This is my go to takeaway when I cant decide what to eat.Collection is always better as delivery can sometimes take up to an hour and 45 minutes.

We ordered food at 10pm and it arrived at 12.10pm! Can not believe the amount of times we had to keep ringing to find out what time the food will arrive. Why Offer a delivery service if you can’t even deliver around the time given? The driver was so rude and wasn’t even sorry for the delay. He blamed it on the take away, claiming it wasn’t his fault and didn’t even seem bothered. I’ve had delivery drivers from different takeaways apologising for just being a few minutes late. The wraps were all soggy and the chips were like rubber and looked like the had been reheated and overcooked. So disappointed!
