Carl is an awesome coach and all round good guy. He has helped me so much in my training to get me ready for my first fight. The atmosphere in class is always friendly and even though everyone is such high level I still felt welcome and like I was learning rather than being the punching bagHighly recommended to anyone who wants to get into a high quality fighting school or just wants to get fit and have fun.

We started here in April after a bad experience at another club. Energize made us all feel so welcome. The staff are brilliant with kids I really wished we found Carl sooner
