I called Green Flag who contacted Burrows to recover the car. I was kept informed by burrows as to when they’d arrive/ and how long they’d be.When the guy arrived he was very pleasant and quickly got the car loaded with zero issuesI would definitely use Burrows Recovery again if I break down.

My car was in an RTA and they collected it for the police! Erm... Wouldn't let you take pictures on the lot so if you need pictures take them BEFORE they take your car away!

Disgusting service kept waiting for over 4 hours for recovery through rac they kept telling rac 30 min 30 mins over 4 hours later still no show

Went to drop keys of today for Police for our stolen car, guy behind counter who saw us was extremely rude, unprofessional , does not know what customer care is, a total horrible experience we never use againNasty guy would not recommend at all
