Staff is brilliant. I told hardwoods that I would never buy a new jaguar from them. This is simply because I never buy a new car, always only pre-owned cars. But always jaguar.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My iPace was serviced and I was kept up to date with all information. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend Harwoods Brighton.

I visited your Brighton Jaguar centre yesterday and was very impressed with the warm welcome from the receptionists and then the huge showroom and forecourt!Iain McColl gave me a test drive in a black F Type convertible. He was very calm and gave me clear instructions as to where to go. It was pouring with rain! There was no pushiness or hard sell which I hate.We were then handed over to Jamie who gave us facts and figures regarding add ons which I could have plus an offer of my Audi TT in part exchange. I needed some time to decide on the purchase and Jamie suggested we went to M&S which was a great idea as we hadn't had lunch and it also gave me time to decide about the purchase.On our return to Harwoods we saw Jamie again and chatted about a few things and when I said I felt I needed to view the car again as it was still pouring with rain, he immediately asked Iain to bring the car inside near to the reception. As soon as I saw it with the roof down and was able to sit in it again and look around it, I knew I was making the right decision to buy it!Your staff are exceptional and the showroom and surrounding areas are immaculate. I'm really looking forward to visiting Harwoods Brighton next Monday to collect my fabulous F Type Convertible!Thank you to all of you for making it such a good experience.Rhoda

Landrover contacted me, informing me there was a safety recall - N706 on my 12 plate 90 defender.They fixed the problem within a few hours and cleaned my car to an amazing standard without charge!!All the staff were very friendly and professional throughout my time with them.Great experience.. Friendly, easy to deal with, pleasant customer experience. Tony wasn't pushy or forceful but made some helpful suggestions and alterations to the car which are perfect. Would happily recommend.

Super SWISH……Upper Class service from the moment you enter, staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy, and a showroom that blows its competitors out of the water. It shows the cars off perfectly - and how very beautiful they are.(Oh, and the coffee is great too!)
