I visited the Lutterworth Alto Hearing office to enquire about the services offered. They were able to inspect my ears immediately and it was clear that there was significant wax build up in both. Booked an appointment to have this removed the following week, which was very successful. Finished with a hearing test and had a sensible discussion around the results. Very helpful, capable and informative,Thank you.

I visited Alto for wax removal and the environment was very relaxed and friendly. Everything was explained really well, in a clean, safe setting.Also, I had a hearing test included in the cost which was very reassuring.I would not hesitate to return to Alto with any further issues, and would recommend them to anyone with any hearing concerns.

Been suffering for a few years with waxy, itchy ears, regularly bruising them by rubbing and massaging them so much. After a less than 20 minute appointment at Alto hearing, my hearing is sharper, the itching is gone and I am experiencing relief from discomfort I did not realise was as bad as it was until now.The procedure was comfortable and the staff provide details and explanations with what to expect during and after so there are no surprises.

This is an amazing place. I was recommended by a friend. I have been having trouble with wax for 6 weeks now and I have just been to Alto in Lutterworth. Carl explained everything that he was going to do and was gentle and thorough. He checked both of my ears, he removed all my wax and then tested me hearing and ear drum. What amazing service I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

Well I never expected ear wax extraction to be a pleasant experience but how wrong was I! The warm welcome by a very friendly woman on reception and then an equally warm intro to your ear wax expert (soz never got her name) put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained in minute detail and the before and after camera shots enabled me to see parts of my body that I’ve never seen before! All over in seconds along with the complimentary hearing test that reassured me that hearing aids could be put off for the time being. I will have no hesitation in recommending Alto to friends and family. Thank you.

I visited Alto based on the excellent reviews they had and I wasn't disappointed! All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had ear wax removal with Carl and a hearing test. I have high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus and Carl took the time to assess my hearing in detail and explain to me what was happening. For the first time since I developed the hearing loss and tinnitus I had hope that things could get better! I have now been fitted with some hearing aids and they have already made a big difference to my quality of life. With Alto I feel confident that I will get the support and aftercare I need to get the most of my new hearing aids. Thank you!

Alto could not have provided a better service for my grandma. She was having some issues getting used to her hearing aids and with a thorough appointment, including wax removal, and a check to see if they were working, she feels much more confident. At Alto, you can tell they really care about their customers and want the best for them. They have offered their support at any time my grandma needs it and also made a follow up appointment to go through things once again. I would definitely recommend them to someone who is looking to invest in good quality hearing aids with a fantastic customer service included.

Had a really positive experience with Carl at Alto today. Really professional, and friendly, and performed wonders with my ears. I also felt he went above and beyond to help me understand how well my ears were performing, which was more than I was expecting from my trip to Alto today.Lorraine was also friendly, affirmative and reassuring, which was a nice touch.Would 100% recommend Alto.
