The Lighting People completed an energy performance proposal for a retrofit lighting solution for our commercial property which provided a return on investment within 2 years. The Lighting People team come highly recommended, they are easy to work with, great communication and in our case a full report to discuss the business case with Directors.

Jennifer recently gave third year students at Falmouth University a two day lighting workshop, which has been one of the most informative lectures we have received from a guest lecturer. The information was directly tailored to our final degree show projects and with her help we were all able to create the documents we need for assessment in May. Thanks Jen!

5 stars all round!After requesting some information in relation to how best I set up the light in our hallway I was overwhelmed by the great service, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of my requirements from day one.As a residential project my requirements are minimal in comparison to some of the amazing and large scale projects that the Lighting People have undertaken but I felt the service given was top class.Highly recommend them for large, small, in-house, garden, whatever lighting project you have.You will not be disappointed.

Right from first contact The Lighting People have offered exceptional service. They have obvious passion for everything to do with lighting and took time to explain the technical features of various lights and controls systems to allow us to fully understand what was on offer.From creating an amazing lighting design, to project managing the installation nothing was too much trouble for the team who always came back to us quickly with questions we had.In summary I can't recommend The Lighting People highly enough, we are over the moon with our new lighting scheme, which is also very energy efficient. There is no doubt that the new lighting installation at Bristol and Clifton Golf Club is a tremendous success. What was a dark and gloomy (atmospheric?) place has been refreshed with a bright and versatile lighting solution. Being able to dim all the lights in a flexible way allows us to alter the mood of the clubhouse quite easily. Jennifer from The Lighting People and Mark the Club's electrician did a wonderful job.

The Lighting People re-designed our interior lighting, to enhance a rather dark old cottage. It had to be done sympathetically and in keeping with the character of this old property. The company provided more than one potential solution and briefed us on these before we made our choice. They were extremely sympathetic to our wishes. Installation was tricky at times, but again, sympathetic solutions were found and our wishes taken fully into account. We are utterly delighted with the results.

Last year, Jennifer and the Lighting People team hosted a great event called Light Me Up at my university. It was a valuable hands on experience learning whilst using the different types of lighting and speaking to other suppliers. It turned out to be a fun and relaxing evening, that had a lasting affect which I haven’t experienced before with other workshops at university.Jennifer is very inspiring individual and will go out of her way to point myself or other students in the right direction with current projects and how to gather work experience within this sector, when it can be a very daunting process to go through. I wish other companies were like Jennifer!
