Rook Matthews was the agent I recently purchased through. There was no communication unless I rang them to ask what was happening, and if I did, the attitude of a certain member of staff was disgusting. Her tone of voice had the underlying message, stop bothering me, you're pestering me. Right up to key release the attitude was there, needs a job that's not customer related I think!
