Abysmal Store. One member of staff on tills; had all the time in the world to deal with a single customer who then went off to pick up a few more things"; both customer and employee blissfully oblivious to the many other customers waiting in line. Other members of staff dillydallying nearby also ignoring the large queue; many working very hard to appear busy. Queue for tills not clearly marked out; this led to two queues forming at either end of the tills - I'm still not sure which end was correct. Large number of items I picked up had had no price. I know it's not an expensive store but I still like to know how much something is. 0/5 overall."

Visited this shop 3.7.22 and wanted to buy a few things but sadly couldn't ..... the Queue to the payment counter stretched halfway along the entire length of the store! ... something I've witnessed more than once in this place ..... however, the good news is ... the big New store opening at the other end of the Mall in a few weeks time should greatly help resolve the Dunnes Queue 'problem'. Have a nice day!

Long queue waiting for tills with only one person serving. Other staff milling around tills but no initiative to open another. Suggested to assistant to open another and was abruptly told 'There's no real point as it's 10 to 6'. The point would be better customer service and less waiting times for customers.

This store is more equipped for women than men. I have tried a couple of times to buy something for myself and not had great success. Did manage to get presents for my female family members though with great ease

Idea for shopping locally. Good for wheelchair users. Stop and get a coffee of bit to eat. No7 is my favourite

Lovely store, well stocked and staff really helpful and pleasant. I've never encountered any problems with queues, there's always a number of staff on the tills so the queue is always moving. I have always found the staff friendly and very helpful, I can't fault it at all 5/5 from me.
