While going through a house move, our survey found problems with the drains - namely that one could be on the verge of collapsing. We contacted Proline for their advice. Dean was exceptional throughout - from looking at the initial problem, finding the root cause, detailing it in a report and explaining to us - in terms we could understand - how it could be fixed. He and Proline were always on hand to help and advise before our move, and swift in fixing the problem once we had. We would recommend their services.

Repair a hole in the drain system and unblock the drain in GuildfordExcellent, efficient and professional service. Emailed late at night for a quote and received an almost instant response. I was offered multiple options for repair - cheaper or more complete. I went for the full repair and it was completed the next day promptly. The workmanship seems excellent and was very neat. Some of the other quotes I received for the same job came after this work was completed at almost 4 times the cost despite emailing at the same time. Hence, I can heavily recommend Proline Drainage Limited for all similar work.Update - a few weeks after the work was completed, a small issue appeared. Even though it was a small issue, Dean was immediately extremely obliging in coming around and fixing the problem. After the second visit everything was left impeccable. It is so rare to find a tradesman that will stand by his work to such a level - 5* aftercare. I cant recommend enough!

Dean was brilliant! He came straight out when I had trouble with my toilet making some strange noises. He fixed the problem and showed me what to do in future. Nothing was any trouble for him. I will definitely be using proline drainage in future!

IF I could put a 100 stars I would. Thank you so much to Dean @ ProLine Drainage for The emergency call out response I urgently requested and needed assistance this Friday evening . I came home from work to see a stream of sewage water appearing out of my drain man hole cover running down my sloped driveway on to the public footpath. I removed the man hole (wrong thing to do as I am not a drain expert) I made the problem 10 times worse the stream then turned into a fasting flowing river. To my Red face with my neighbours looking at me and passers by walking on the public footpath and knowing I am hosting a party tomorrow I had to call the an expert. I made 3 phones and got no response and one company couldn’t come out until 9pm. I called ProLine drains @6pm and dean answered my call straight away, explained to him the situation and the pickle I am in. Dean then told me he will be with me within 35 minutes of my phone call and he arrived bang on time. Dean was so professional and efficient, unblocked my drain within 10 minutes. Dean then sanitised and then jet washed my entire driveway. Excellent professionalism and very efficient. Really affordable and fair rate which I thought I would be paying double the amount.
