Decent cinema in accessible location. Lots of dated design and decor. Reception/ lobby area looked a bit run down especially with one empty food stand. The smaller screens were a good size and with the angled seats you get a good experience no matter where you sit. We watched beau is afraid and for being a 3hr movie it was a relatively comfortable experience bum was getting a bit numb by the end haha. Toilets were in great condition! And another bonus is tickets are under a tenner. The real negatives are: Dated exterior and somewhat reception room/lobby and concession prices were absolutely ridiculous, £3.50 for a bag of aero balls! Come on.

Went on the 17 of June with my daughter and on that day there were a group of kids been chase by a staff member as I believed they were not supposed to be there, unfortunately the staff member could not do much as those kids kept moving seats, the issue is that affected our experience as they were disturbing and at some point whistles to each other... I contacted the customer services who only reply on the 12 of July to tell me they were sorry but nothing else. Unfortunately for Odeon that was our last visit and will from now go to your concurrent who offer a better customer services.

I will admit. It's not the same as going to vue westfield. But for the price and view I'd say it was great value. On that day there was maybe a few idiots in the screening compared to westfield which is more. But they was minimally disruptive. Might not be the same on a weekend show but who knows.

Screen 4 gives a very low quality experience of watching the movie.1. During the entire session the lighting on the top was never off like a street light that shines right in your eye at night.2. The quality of the screen is bad as well, it feels like watching a 480p youtube video, where you can see the separate pixels.The lower price of the ticket doesn't make it worthwhile.

My recent experience at the ODEON movie theatre in Camden left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped inside, I couldn't help but notice the old and decaying state of the building. The overall ambiance was lacklustre, and it felt like little effort had been made to maintain or update the theatre.One of the most disappointing aspects was the seating. The chairs were uncomfortable and seemed to be past their prime. They lacked proper cushioning, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the movie. Moreover, the spacing between rows was cramped, leaving little legroom and making it an uncomfortable experience, especially during longer films.Additionally, the sound and picture quality were subpar. The screens appeared dim and outdated, which significantly affected the overall movie-watching experience. The audio was not crisp, and at times, it was difficult to hear the dialogue clearly, leading to a lack of immersion in the film.Furthermore, the ticket prices were not justified by the lacklustre experience. Considering the condition of the building, seating, and overall presentation, I couldn't help but feel that there are much better cinemas available in the area offering a superior movie-going experience at a similar or even lower cost.In conclusion, the ODEON movie theatre in Camden is a disappointment. The old and decaying building, uncomfortable seating, and subpar audio-visual quality make it an unappealing choice for enjoying a movie. I would highly recommend exploring other cinemas in the area that prioritize customer comfort and offer a more enjoyable movie experience overall.

Brilliant location for us and toilets always clean! Well done to the team at this Odeon

The staff were lovely and kind, there were a few mistakes with our food order but nothing they didn’t mind rectifying! The cleaning staff were lovely and it was amazingly decorated for Barbie! Would’ve been 5 stars if they were a bit more strict about people filming, there was one man filming the entirety of Oppenheimer with the flash on who only stopped when another audience member told him to.

After a last minute decision, I decided I wanted to see Equalizer 3.I tried to purchase the cheaper online ticket for about 30 mins and kept getting the same system error message at the payment stage.I decided to try again when I got to the cinema, When I arrived the same issue persisted luckily the manager Alexandra was there to assist.She looked and saw that the online system was down and there wasn’t a way of me purchasing the cheaper ticket.It was getting very close to the movie start time, Alexandra apologised and offered me the ticket FREE!!This type of gesture and customer service isn’t seen enough as she acknowledged the problem was there’s.Thank you very much, I really enjoyed the movie and I hope Alexandra is recognised for this amazing service which made my evening.

Basically always empty, which is understandable. The lighting on the screen is so low that the films are quite dark. However, I still like to go there as it’s always so quiet in the projection hall.If you decide to go, don’t get the popcorn, It’s really not the best. If you go in winter, keep your winter jacket on, it get’s cold.In addition a photo of their decoration for a film premier - giving them a star for theeffort.
