Not once had to give a bad review before but I’ll be as honest as possible. £40 order, chips rock hard worst chips I’ve ever had (are these frozen!) over done, meal trays floating in grease and chinese meals very greasy. Managed to make a meal out of the prawn crackers However and chilli sauce dip. The rest is going in the bin wouldn’t feed it to my dog. When owned by Jet this chippy lead by example was impeccable. The worst Chinese I’ve ever had and was ordered for a family occasion too of which the meal is ruined. Place needs closing down

We use this Chinese take away regularly. The food is usually always amazing. Good sized portions, competitive prices, and reasonable delivery time. We have only had missing items once, and they sent the missing meal and told us to keep the meal that was sent in error. The fish is usually tasty, but ask for lightly battered and well done because the batter is so thick it’s soggy inside, but the fish itself is tasty. We have not had a meal from there we didn’t like. I can recommend the salt and pepper chicken, crispy chilli beef and they do seaweed which is lovely.

Just had fish and chips delivered, won't be going there again, soggy cold batter and the fish was like rubber, it took 1 hour and 20 mins for delivery so im guessing it's been sat somewhere, the fish was more like a fish finger and the chips were hard and cold, tried to complain on the phone they either couldn't understand me or were acting ,, I'm absolutely disgusted, it's not as if it's cheap, I'm done with lorens, time to find a decent chippy

Taken over 90 minutes to deliver and when I rang it was still at least 20 minutes from leaving the shop. I'd understand if this was just because of Christmas Eve but it's happened before. They take too much on and offer second rate service in return.

Terrible ribs were tough chicken fried rice with curry 99% onion no taste bland as ever wont be going back there bloody awful this food has actually made me complain and I just normally get on with it as a bad experience but wow this is bad.Sorry it was definitely your chip shop this was classed as a treat once every blue moon. Please look into this. Chicken curry fried rice with a ton of onion .

First time ordering from here and delivery was super fast which was great since I was hungry! Lady delivery driver was lovely. Food was pretty good so I will have to try something else again soon.

Been here few times now, noodle boxes are amazing, they are my favourite, full of flavour, loads inside them, ask for just prawns in one, no problem. Spring rolls & prawn toast (which is very thick) both lovely. Dim sum combo fresh an tasty. Love going here. Normally get it delivered wait about 45 - 60 mins (not a problem for us). Did collect myself on sat & i could see why delivery takes a long time. There must of been at least 20 - 30 orders pinned up. Considering they are so busy with orders an delivery, we have never had a problem with food being cold or anything missing. Though if possible I would recommend ordering over the phone or on the app. It's a lot quicker. Fantastic place.

Iv been using the chippy for over 30 yrs but last night was the very last time.the last 3 orders we have had have been inedible an gone straight in the bin,rice was mushy and pork smelt weird even the dog refused to eat it.The spring rolls were almost empty inside and tasted of food oil.i used to recommend everyone to try this place but will now only recommend to stay away!..there defo must have been a change in chef to go down hill so much!

I ust to be a regular customer hear but last year it went really down hill .yesterday I thought I would give it one last go worst decision I made I orderd beef fried rice special fried rice chips Curry and spring rolls food arrived on tine bit stone cold the rice was all clumpy abd stuck together like it had been frozen tbe chips where stale and cold the spring rolls tasted like they where off disgusting food all went in the bin waste of £26.00 I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat from this chippy it's disgusting I will be spreading the word .

This is by far the best Chinese chippy in Liverpool trust me.Never had a bad meal ever..I have tried near enough everything on the menu. 100% satisfied.I had salt and pepper chicken strips last night and asked for extra spicy wow it was more than that .Wouldn't order from anyone else!!
