Absolute lifesavers! Whilst on the second-to-last day of a holiday with my family my car showed a warning light on the dash and was difficult to drive. Called breakdown recovery who said it was the coil pack/spark plug, they couldn’t fix it, and my options were to find a local garage to fix it or pay around £500 to be towed home! I found Shaun Spooner’s on google and called asking if they could fit me in that day. A lovely lady (who I later learned to be Julie) confirmed they could do it, so my car was towed to there. I called again 15 mins later to confirm the car was on its way and to explain I’m on holiday, and to plead that it be looked at that day. Julie said the part had already been ordered and reassured me that it would all be sorted within a couple of hours. Just over an hour later I received a call to confirm my car was ready! The bill was reasonable, and more importantly we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday (and travel home again!) I’m so grateful, thank you so much for fantastic service!

Excellent service,great guys, nothing too much trouble

After trying a few garages around Cheadle and having no luck, I called Shaun Spooners, and they managed to fit my car in straight away. The receptionist was lovely and helpful on the phone. After dropping it off at 9 am, it was ready to be collected an hour later, and the issues were all solved. Extremely happy with their service.

MOT and repairs - can't fault this place for service and value. You take it in the morning and you know you will have it back repaired the same day without any hassle. They always ring when they say they will and I highly recommend them. Julie and Shaun have that place running like a dream.
