Jonathan Partridge Optometrists

This the fourth time I have visited Johnathan Partridge for eye tests and glasses and each time I have been treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. They listen to you, there’s no hard sell and they make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing and whatever purchase you are making. I would highly recommend Johnathan Partridge.

I and my wife have both recently had an eye test at Jonathan Partridge in Welshpool and provision of glasses. They have state of the art equipment and the examination was comprehensive. The provision of the spectacles was excellent with very good advice and service. I have no hesitation in saying that they are first class and would unreservedly recommend them

What I thought was going to be a difficult visit, turned out to be the best service ever. I returned to the shop 2 days after I had collected my glasses to have them alerted slightly, to be honest I wasn’t overly happy with them. I saw Mrs Partridge, who agreed that they weren’t quite right so without hesitation she ordered a new pair for me. I left the shop a happy man, then I got a call asking me to pop back. Mrs Partridge, wasn’t happy about my glasses and suggested I chose a different pair and she would replace them at no extra cost, other than if I chose a more expensive frame. This has made me feel so valued as a customer. Thank you!

Excellent Service. We first visited twelve months ago for tests and new glasses. Totally professional from start to finish. Slight problems with one of the frames after twelve months nothing was to much trouble replaced frame immediately. Would highly recommend this opticians Certainly 5 STAR QUALITY. Both me and husband needed new glasses and after going to a general brand shop before (and not being very happy with either customer service or glasses) we decided to try Jonathan Partridge Optometrists, hoping for both a more personal service and better glasses. Well, we couldn't be happier, best choice we've ever made!! From a customer service point of view, you've made to feel so welcomed and that YOU actually matter, you're not just the next one in the queue. Everything was explained very clearly and thoroughly.When we arrived to pick up our glasses we were both extremely pleased with our varifocals, such a difference in quality as to what we were used to!! I had a second pair (occupational) which I'm not quite 100% with yet, but that may just be me needing to get used to them. Either way, I feel completely assured that there's nothing they won't do to make sure I'm perfectly happy with that pair as well in the end, which is really all that matters. I don't feel like a bother, rather encouraged to please call and re-visit to make sure they get it right.All in all, we couldn't be happier with their service, we wouldn't want to go anywhere else and we highly recommend them!

Great service from all the staff at the opticians. Went in with problems post op after laser eye surgery in January. Had red eyes, pain, the optometrist said it was dry eyes, due to the surgery. Although I had alot of treatments with me he gave me free samples to try and reassured everything was fine post op. Made me realise how poor my opticians are. I won’t be going back there! Thanks guys I’ll see you soon!

Fantastic quality, service and value! All the glasses and sunglasses I have bought from here have been of excellent quality and value. I recently chipped my glasses when a stone flew up while I was using a strimmer in the garden. I visited the practice expecting to pay for the repair; I was delighted to find out that they were covered by an insurance policy that was part of my purchase. The new lenses were ordered and delivered within 48hrs. I have always received excellent customer care at every stage and fully recommend this business.

My first visits to Jonathan Partridge were when it was based in the former 'small but perfectly formed' premises. When they moved to the current site it only served to enhance a thoroughly professional business model. The service continues to be excellent and the courtesy and evident competence of the staff makes for a comfortable and satisfying outcome with a commendable after-sales service where nothing seems to be too much trouble.
