Had a problem with my car when braking over 60mph. The steering wheel would be a judder . I took it to another garage, and they said it was my tracking. So, I had them do my tracking guess what it wasn't. One of my neighbours recommended Grays Autocenters romford, and when I spoke to them and explained the problem with my car, they said it was a warped brake disc . They fitted me in 8:30 am. Saturday morning, changed my discs and pads, did a road test, and now problem solved. Feel very safe for my drive to Bristol on Monday morning.

Very quick turn around in repairing a puncture

After servicing and MOT my cars for over 10 years here, I have to put a STOP because of the rudeness and attitude of the new manager is disgusting.I showed up with my van for MOT and I did not had the keys for deadlocks with me. I kindly asked him to do the MOT as I have to take my son football and on my return will bring the keys and they can check them. He said that he might have to fail the MOT.I grabbed the keys and left (angry already as I was left in a situation of choosing the MOT or my sons fotball session). I arranged with my neighbour to drop my son, and I call Grays to inform I am coming back with the key to do the MOT, but the answer was, “ well, you just missed your spot mate”Of course I got mad at this point and start swearing at the situation as I lost temper.Then the manager started saying that I dont know who am I talking to and to come down to the garage as he will show me who he is etc.. You have to admit that you are the face of your company, but when you act like this, you show nothing but disrespect to your customers. I recommend you go and take some customer service training, should you want your company to thrive.I admit I got angry and probably should have not, but I was left with no choice and his behaviour and attitude didn’t help either.Grays, after so many years of giving you business, its time to say never again!!!

Popped in to have A/C looked at. Informed there would be 30 min wait. Said I would be back in 30 mins and when I returned 30 mins later, then informed regas of machine was being done so I couldn't get job done. 'I didn't think you would come back' was the basis. Waste of time and petrol. Annoying.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour in Grays service. Horrible and shameful to young girls going in to get their car for a MOT. Rude and nasty and will really take advantage of women and try and make them pay more for what they actually need to pay. Do NOT visit this place. You can find way cheaper options elsewhere.

Great service. My brake lines failed which is an emergency. I drove in without appts and they fixed the issues within the day. Friendly service. Keep it up guys.

These are my local mechanics and they never fail to deliver. The service is efficient and they always call to explain any works before doing them. They are also always trying to be as accommodating as possible when leaving the car over night or longer. Can't recommend enough!

I waited over 1.5 hours for tyre replacement, the price of one economy tyre for my small Peugeot 108 car - (165/60 R15 tyre) was £66 and they left white and pink stains all over the brand new tyres. When I asked them if it was possible to clean it they said it would be a 30 minute wait and suggested that I clean it myself. But, they are helpful as the man let me know about additional services that my car needed which I am grateful for.
