We were so impressed by the groom done on our cockapoo this week! The staff member who groomed our dog (I think called Sophie) was friendly, professional, helpful and was extremely willing to ensure that she fulfilled our grooming requirements for his type of breed/cut. It's the best groom he has had in years and he looks absolutely wonderful. Would definitely go back again and recommend highly to others. Thank you.

Workers always happy to help and offer to take heavy items to my car for me, I can spend hours in here. Glad to say I've never had any tank plants with snails on from here unlike other stores.

Sophie looked after our dog today and did an amazing job. Mango looked perfect when he came out and wasn't distressed in any way. Was our first visit there and was not disappointed at all - we will be returning! Thanks again to Sophie

Spent over £100 buying a fish tank plus accessories for my son. Only to go in a month later and find out that they sell absolutely no brand accessories for me to maintain the fish tank they sold me! This includes their website. If they can't help me maintain the brand tank they sold me, why sell it?Had i known i wouldn't have wasted my money.
