East Midlands Vending may be a new company but the team behind it definitely understand what is important when providing vending services. After 2 nightmare years with Selecta I know we are now in safe hands and the service has been 100% since EMV took over.

From installation right through to ongoing support and maintenance they offer exemplary communication. They also support local charities and recycling which is an added perk.

Although still in their relative infancy, the team at East Midlands Vending come with a wealth of past experience and knowledge owing to its founding members being in the vending business for some years while working for other companies.They stepped in to help us at a time when our regular supplier became unable to offer an ongoing service. EMV's approach and outlook is positive, refreshing, (excuse the pun) they have a passion to get things just right for the customer and most importantly, they care for the customer. We now have a service that delivers consistent quality vending at a fair price, and as a result a happier refreshed workforce.

From the first contact, to the delivery, installation and after sales service, East Midlands Vending are the most friendly and efficient people to deal with. After having a nearly non existent service from our last supplier I was wary about a new contract but East Midlands Vending are proving to be the best decision we have made for vending services.

We transferred over to East Midlands Vending around 2 months ago. Various options of machines and support were provided at the start. They provide an excellent service which is most refreshing given the performance of our previous supplier.
