Wonderful student landlords! They were really helpful when issues arose and solved the issues within a timely Manor (something our previous landlords didn't!). I had the best final year experience with smartness!!!

The landlords are lovely, personable and respond in a timely manner. Had an issue where I mistakenly paid for an extra term and was panicking as I was in my overdraft. Thankfully it was sorted by the next day by Barbara and her husband. Would definitely reccommend to future students

I couldn't recommend Smartlets more, 12 Primrose made our 2nd and 3rd years at Lancaster amazing and was the perfect house for us! Barbara was always quick to help and was a great landlady. I would suggest anyone looking for a student house in Lancaster goes with Smartlets.

Smartlets were amazing and the famiky who run it are super friendly and would happily answer any question we had. There were some issues with mould but they were very helpful and removed it whenever it grew back which was great. They were also very accommodating of the fact that we are students and let us pay our rent a little after the due date so it was inline with student finance payments. Overall our stay was lovely with lots of memories made in the cosy house. I would recommend smartlets to anyone, especially students looking for accommodation in lancaster!

Would definitely recommend! Ben was a great landlord, we rented for 2 years and never had any troubles. Great value for money too. Going to miss 142 Scotforth Road.

Smartlets were great landlords! Barbara replied to messages quickly and sorted out any issues that we had- nothing was too much trouble. The houses are all lovely and I would definitely recommend Smartlets to university students in Lancaster.

Me and my housemates were very happy with our student house. The house was in a good state when we moved in and issues were quickly sorted out, such as a broken dishwasher and a leaky washing machine. The service Smartlets provided was well above the standard of Student Housing Lancaster who I'd rented through before. Full deposits were returned after a good clean of the house.

I have rented with Smartlets for my entire time in Lancaster and would recommend them to everyone. I never had any issues and all of the houses were finished to a brilliant standard, feeling more like a home. Barbara has been the best landlord!

I cannot recommend Smartlets highly enough! Spent two years in one of the properties and both years have been amazing! Ben, our landlord, was always available for repairs and he was always kind and understanding, as having been through the Covid lockdowns the house was subjected to more wear and tear than usual. The house itself was cosy and homely and very hard to say goodbye to.

We rented Adelphi Street in the 21/22 academic year and found Smart Lets to be responsive, helpful and respectful landlords. Barbara helped almost immediately with any issues, including a broken boiler upon moving in which was fixed within a day or two! Our deposit was returned in full quickly after moving out. Thank you Smart Lets!
