I've booked many holidays with barheads mainly because all the agents in the Newcastle under Lyme branch are ex Thomas Cook agents. The staff at newcastle know exactly what type of holiday suits myself and my wife, and in all honesty, they will tell me if I choose somewhere that does not fit within our criteria. We recently visited Dubai, and thanks to their recommendations, the holiday was fantastic. We regularly use the same agent (Emma Smith). However all the staff know our expectations.I don't normally make recommendations unless I'm 100% sure of the service. Check Barrheads branch out. I'm sure you'll be happy with the service.
