I was visiting the Whitely store to look for the best lead and harness for my rescue dog, Kim asked if I needed help and from then on I was in the best hands! Nothing was too much trouble and she guided me through the options for a dog who pulls on her lead, Rosie, a rescue dog, was putty in her hands!Then Kim checked on the food I give Rosie, confirming that her wet food is very good before advising me on the best dry food for her. I left the store secure in the knowledge that I'm not only feeding Rosie well but can now walk her with more control. Just want to put a few words as to how helpful Kim was today when I went in to look at food for my dog but was unsure as to which brand would be good. Kim took me through the brands and how they will benefit my dog and how much I should be feeding her.Very polite, professional and made time even with the shop being so busy with only two staff available.

Thank you to the lovely staff at whiteley branch. From the first time we entered the shop, they have been very helpful and informative on there dog food products and advice on calculating quantities. We have a boxer with a very sensitive tummy and have now found a food that's helps him. And he loves going in to the shop to see them.

I take my 4 month old German shepherd here regularly, customer service has always been fantastic! Sam, Ben and the rest of the team are always welcoming to me and my dog. There have been times I just need some advice and they’ve always been happy to help, nothing is ever too much trouble. My dog loves the staff in here and will often attempt to pull my arm off just to get to them quicker for lots of doggy fuss! :)

Pets corner at whitely is just the best experience for me and my spaniel we come here every weekend because the staff are just so friendly and helpful. My dog absolutely adores the workers. I've never in found a atore quite like this it makes going shopping with my dog so much more special for him. I think all pets corners stores should have staff like these they are such an asset to the company :)

Pets Corner in whiteley is Cooper favourite shop to come too! We have been coming to the shop since Cooper was 8 weeks old. Sam the loviest sale assistant has greeted us every single time and has help us on our new puppy journey! Sam is very knowledgeable and makes Cooper feel like he’s the best dog ever!! We cannot wait to attend the puppy classes soon!! Thank you very much for all your help Sam!

The staff at Pets Corner Whiteley are great. Oakley, our Miniature Goldendoodle enjoyed four weeks of puppy play and socialisation with the team. Their knowledge of food and also advice on things to try before you buy is appreciated. Recommend you pop in and see them.

I popped into whitelys petcorner for something for 1 of my dogs who has has itchy uncomfortable ears for prob a year now .I thought maybe he had mites in his ears maybe. I asked one of the staff members for some ear drops and she said have you considered it may be something in his food . Hadnt crossed my mind . But I thought hey willing to give anything a go . She recommended a dry food that you could either pop some water with it and pop it in the microwave to release the flavours or pop a little wet food with it to entice him as he's always had wet food . .I was also told if not happy after a week I could bring it back and I'd be given my money back . Well I don't want my money back I've already noticed a difference in him in 1 week . Less scratching his ears already. Thankyou petcorner whitelys

Helpful and friendly staff. Amy thank you for your advice on cat food when I visited you store in August. Our overweight cat has since lost 1.1kg! Amazing!
