Really great experience. Good communication via WhatsApp for booking. Arrived promptly at arranged time, was courteous and professional. Did a great job. Unfortunately some smell returned a few days later (this was the original reason for getting professional learning - a very smelly stain), and Richard returned free of charge to do some more intensive cleaning. 10/10 would recommend
