I have been buying salt and water softener products from Essex Salt for 3 years now and I have never had any issues with the service I have received. Competitive prices, speedy delivery, excellent website and customer services.

I ordered 5 bags of salt on Saturday and they were delivered on Monday which, in these COVID restricted times, is very impressive.I wasn’t at home at the time of delivery so the driver left the bags of salt by the garage door and out of view from passers by, which was very thoughtful.This is the second delivery I have had from Essex Salt and once again I am delighted with the service.

I have found the staff at Essex Salt to be very open, honest & conciliatory, in helping me understand a problem that I recently experienced with my new water softener.They pointed out some facts that I was ignorant of or had simply overlooked.As a matter of fact, the service received from Essex Salt was actually extremely good. I placed an order online and it was delivered the next day ( less than 24 hours ).The driver was very helpful & courteous.The price point of their products does not appear easy to beat, for their competitors to beat.I would recommend Essex Salt on the basis of their excellent customer services.

I’ve placed our last 4-5 orders for softener salt tablets with Essex Salt. Having shopped around, their prices are competitive and the free delivery is great. Delivery is always prompt too, the last one came 2-3 hours after I’d placed the order!! (Although this shouldn’t be expected every time!)
