Website doesn't work and usually get the wrong parts even with there reg finder, best to double check before you leave the store, helpful staff.

Very efficient and good value for a new battery. Thanks to the friendly and helpful guy on the counter that also gave some great leads for an obsolete part that ECP couldn't source.

I've used quite a few Euro Parts places but this is by far the worst. I recently moved to the area and have now been in three times. The service is always awful. It's not just a one off. No one at the branch really seems to care. You only need to read the other reviews to know they have an ongoing problem. Maybe head office should take a look at the management.

Great prices but customer service poor.The til staff seems bored and unfriendly ,You always have to wait so long for them find parts. Guy today couldn't find a spray can on the shelf.They do say, sorry for the wait.I think the computer is slow?Think the company doesn't care aboutCustomer service

Lovely helpful staff! Had some issues today after I ordered the wrong bits for my car, helped me order the right one quickly online and they were in stock in store for collection! Would definitely recommend and go again

Best shop I've been to for ages. Huge range of stock for a huge range of vehicles. I need some very specific parts for a 2017 van and they had them all.The sales assistant Charlie was hugely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Slow, sold me the wrong part and waited an age to sort refund. Check and double check before buying and you're sold the most expensive part if you don't ask for the range

We bought a product from here about 2weeks ago & the lady who served us said if it doesn’t work bring it back for an exchange or refund. She was very helpful !Sadly the product didn’t work and we returned it today. A different assistant accepted the product without a word and processed the refund. He was helpful & chatty and when my husband asked him about a different product he looked it up on his computer &said he didn’t have it in stock but could order it for the next day & we could see if it was compatible with our car.Superb customer service & knowledgeable staff. Will certainly come back if we need something else.
