Courteous, timely and extremely conscientious about their work.Neat, tidy, considerate and professional and 100% trustworthy and they restored my faith in British workmen.We had a problem with our chimney not drawing properly when Tim and George fired-up our new gas fire and Tim immediately sorted a solution and fitted a ‘rotary cowl’ to the fire’s chimney at no additional cost to complete the job.I really couldn’t recommend these guys too strongly….they are great to work with.

We've had our gas stove for just over a month and have been delighted at how toasty warm it has kept us through some very cold days and nights.Tim came and advised us what fires and stoves would be suitable for our disused fireplace and chimney and put us in touch with a chimney sweep to clean and inspect our chimney.Tim and team installed a new gas pipe run, new hearth and a Gazco Chesterfield gas stove with a linerless kit from Real Flame, Fulham. The stove looks great and works a treat by remote control. The flames are so realistic (in both appearance and sound) that a BT engineer couldn't believe it was gas.Great work from Tim and highly recommended.

Tim came and advised on what was possible - I had a pre-existing fire place that had not been used in decades. He fitted a gas fire which looks like the real thing, but I can switch on with a button! It makes the room delighfully cosy, and allows me to just heat that area rather than the whole house. I am delighted!
