I had both my engagement ring and wedding band designed and hand made from here and they are AMAZING. The staff are incredible and really know their stuff! My husband also had his wedding ring from here. Amazing service, very competitive prices! I just wish I wore more jewellery as I'd buy it from here every time!!

I brought a used gold chain from another dealer in Coventry, after the sale was complete and I went home there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding about the weight. So I got a refund and went in to the golden shop to see Sanjay after.He did me a very good deal on a new chain. After the sale was complete I went back because I wasn’t happy with the clasp, but I was being very picky. Sanjay listened to what I wanted and had it altered at no extra charge.I’m really happy with it.They were friendly, informative and very professional each time I visited the shop. Which turned out to me a few times.I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Visited the shop looking to purchase a new wedding band and engagement ring , the owner had good product knowledge spending time with us as customers without the hard sell . The products we chose needed some adjustments advising this could take around 2 weeks to complete and would be in touch when they were available to pick up , true to his word I picked my rings up yesterday and as promised they are stunning ,I even purchased a new watch for my husband aswell . I definitely recommend the golden shop , the service is excellent and came away feeling valued as a customer , thank you so much , will definitely be a returning customer
