A failed external hard drive resulted in me thinking I had lost a lot of media for my video production company that was going to take a lot of time, effort and explanation to make up for. Dave and his team recovered everything. No currupt files, nothing missing, just everything I needed back to me in full working order. A very happy (and relieved) Saturday for me. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I thought I had lost all of the data including kids photos and videos from over the years from my external hard drive, which was bitlocker encrypted. Tried a number of companies, but Data recovery experts were quick to get back to me and continued with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Brilliant service! I had an external HD which contained 20 years worth of photos which could no longer be recognised by my computer. I thought that I had lost EVERYTHING but Dave managed to restore them all and put them on a new HD for me in a day. So pleased I went with a local firm rather than one of the big national ones. Speedy service and affordable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would give more stars if I could!
