I have been going here for 2 years and I have had only really positive experiences. I recently had a really painful infection and the ladies on reception were sympathetic and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I got in to see the dentist as soon as possible.

Lovely reception staff, always very helpful. I must say I am not good with the dentist, I have been known to pass out and throw up, this dentist has always been very good with me, and the dental nurse is lovely (so is her hair. I would highly recommend this dental surgery. Thank you for all you have done for me.

New patient and second appointment just needed a filling. After not seeing a dentist in 20yrs. Found all members of staff polite, professional and caring. No problems at all.

Don't even want to give it one star but the dentist was insensative rude gave me false information on my teeth he wanted to pull thankfully i went elsewhere. And told me my teeth did not need to be pulled saved the tooth. Also i was late because i was on crunches and couldn't walk like 5 mins and he left and went home. Do not come here!

Wont help a child when in pain as I’m 15 and I didn’t go to my appointment when I was 4 and now I gotta find somewhere else can’t eat or sleep

Awesome, lovely staff. Have moved here as a nightmare in Salisbury and wish I had done sooner . Punctual , attentive and thorough dentist. The reception was inviting and warm with two lovely ladies. Would go as far to say best dentist practice I’ve been too and I’ve been to many as I’ve moved about a lot.

Was my second time visiting the practice. I knew my teeth wasn’t good but he decided to belittle me, bully me and when I told him he was being rude to me he took me off their books. Left in tears. Avoid!!!!!

I turned up 4 min after my appointed time and there was no one at the reception. Was eventually 'helped' by a very unhelpful receptionist and was told that the dentist is already seeing another patient (hard to believe there was a patient who turned up more than an hour early) and they was so 'kind' to offer me another appointment. In the extremely unlikely case that there was such a 'patient', why not offering me that slot, I would have been happy to wait.
