Terrible experience. The man was lovely but woman behind counter shouted at me for asking to change to smaller bills.

Raz and Anne made were very helpful and made sure it all went as planned.....add that to a very good rate I would definitely return ...thank you.

A very stressful experience. I wont be using here again. I went to buy €1000, paid by card but was told the payment (£860) hadn't gone through. I checked my online account and it showed that the payment had gone through. The person at the counter wouldn't accept my online account statment as proof that the payment had gone through, even though it showed an M&S payment for the exact £value for the euros at the exact time as the void" receipt. I was told I needed to speak to my bank and no further help offered. I left M&S with no euros and minus £860. Fortunately my bank reversed the payment but the whole experience was very stressful. I was traveling the next day and if my bank hadn't been brilliant and reversed the payment my holiday wouldve been compromised."

The person who served me didn't speak English. She understood me wrong and tried to turn everything against me. Maybe get people who actually SPEAK ENGLISH NOT PUNJABI!!!

Don't you dare to make a mistake when completing the online form (e.g., putting your passport number in the field for your driving licence, especially if you are in a rush and exhausted after a dreadful day). You will be made to feel like you are the cause of the London Stock Exchange collapse or something along these lines and you will have to live with M&S holding your money indefinitely. Eventually, you will get the euros you already paid for, after asking for a refund. All sorted and apologies received and accepted. I will not repeat the experience, if you don't mind.
