We went to Andy at Premier Treorchy back a couple of months ago to see what we could borrow based on selling our property and finances. After discussing with Andy different possibilities that we wanted to consider we went with a buy to let on our property and a purchase mortgages on a new property for us to live. We have always had issues with certain things when getting a mortgage previously but Andy assured ilia he could get all that was required. From start to finish this was the smoothest remortgage and mortgage we have done to date. Zero issues from either end.
